The following tutorials will explain how to draw the outline.

Draw three circles overlapping each other. The front circle should be bigger than the other two.

I can't explain how to draw the ears and other details on the Acara, so look at the picture to figure out what to draw next. ^^;
The legs are besically tubes and circles connected.

Next comes the face, which is basically pointy since it's a robot. Draw the dark blue details first, then the light blue.
|

Once you're finished with those steps your Robot Acara should look similar to this.

Coloring!
|
This coloring and outline tutorial is for use with Psp7.
Click on Layers>>New Raster Layout>>OK. Using the Draw Tool, outline the picture with whatever color you want. For better lines, set the properties to Bezier in the Tool options box.
I made my Acara more...happy...by making the mouth more positive. Now it's evil happy ^.^;

Switch back to the bottom layer by going to Layers and clicking the background layer at the bottom. Color in your picture.

Pick an area of light and shade the opposite direction. Circles of white give robots a nice shiny look.
