Welcome to Suta-Raito's tutorial section! Many have asked me to make tutorials so they can learn how to draw some of the pokemon and neopet characters that they may have trouble with. The image tutorials are at the top to the right, and PSP7, Photoshop 7 and HTML Tutorials are at the bottom.

I may be changing the layout again soon since it's simple and easy to change. I made it simple so it doesn't take a while for all the images to load. I'm still adding tutorials at the moment too, so come back later to see some new ones. ^^
