Circle!

More circles! <3 Below the circle for the head, make a bigger circle for the body and a smaller one under that to begin the tail.

Add 3 more circles below the tail. Just shaping the tail right now...

Okay, the last circle for the tail. xD make this one bigger than the rest, and add a tip at the end.

Add some curved lines for the arms and legs.

More circles! ^.^;;

Dare I say...more circles! Bigger than the ones in the last step. x3 These are for the actual claws.

Now draw the tips to the claws on both hands and feet. The front claws are like crab pinchers, so make sure they look like 'em. ^^

Connect the arms and legs with the actual wing glider...thingies...^.^; Don't forget the spike in the middle.

Now for the head. Shape the head like I have in the picture, and add eyes a little after where the two face guidelines intersect. The spikes on his head go above the eyes.

Tada! This is what you should have by now. I'll add the outlining and coloring tutorials some other day.
