This is an example of what the lines usually look like as a default on Photoshop. Notice the blurry icky-ness. ^^;

First go to the top right of your screen. You'll see a small clipboard icon. Click it.
|

|
A box will pop up with a lot of options in it. Be sure that you've checked Shape Dynamics. Click the actual word "Shape Dynamics" (if you've done this, the box should turn darker like mine is) and make sure that yours is identicle to mine.

Now check off Texture, and click the actual word "Texture" so it gets darkened. Make the information on yours the same as mine. Now click the small X on the top right of the box.

Whala! The line is smoother and a lot easier to draw with.
