Please Read: I don't claim neopets, I just redraw them.
If you want to use these:
Technically these aren't allowed to be used outside of the Neopet's terms. In other words, if you want to use these for your userlookups and petpages, you are allowed to. (Unless stated otherwise) You cannot claim these for yourself! I drew them! Most images have "www.suta-raito.com" at the bottom of them. If you want to use the pictures for a guild layout or something else on neo, you can edit out the www.suta-raito.com but you still need to have visible credit to suta-raito.com EVERYWHERE you use these images. ^^;
Websites may not use these to make guild layouts, petpages, and that type of stuff for other people. Why? Most sites give credit to themselves for making the layouts when in fact I spent the time to draw the images they are using. @.@; Plus, that's against the neopets terms.
You are not allowed to place any of these in the beauty contest. No matter what you try to bribe me with, the answer is NO. If you ever see any of these in the beauty contest, immediately report the person.
